USA tout missile defense plan

The House of Representatives and the Senate of the USA have passed the bill on new national missile defense system, that was officially directed to the White House.

‘ There isn’t the Soviet threat in the present yet, but the new treates have appeared’,- House of Representatives Speaker Dennis Hastert declared. In both of the Houses of the US Parliament they expect Bill Clinton to sign it soon.

It’s necessary to note, that after acquiring force the bill will cause new intensity between Russia and the United States. Anyway, the treaty on MD isn’t into force yet, and SNW- 2 will never be subject to ratification in Russia…
